Meet their Founder Laura Jones and why she started Miss Jones Bakery
“Baking has always been a passion of mine. As I became busier with my career, I had trouble fitting baking into my schedule without some extra shortcuts in the kitchen. I tried every baking mix and frosting on the market but none of them even compared to the taste of homemade, nor had ingredients I recognized or could pronounce.
I knew there had to be other people out there who needed the convenience of a mix or ready-made frosting, but didn’t want to serve something that tasted bland or artificial. I decided to create a new kind of baking company where delicious and organic aren’t oxymorons, where you actually feel good about what you’re serving to those you love.”
